(22.5.2016) The sixth leg of the Global Champions Tour offered some top show-jumping in Madrid. Pius Schwizer rode the nine year old Tarioso Manciais in the Grand Prix. After an unlucky fault at the first fence another mistake followed at the first element of the triple combination and Pius Schwizer decided to call it a day. It was Marcus Ehning on Pret a Tout who took the win in an exciting jump-off. – Chellatus R was in stunning form. The dark bay stallion took three placings in three classes. In the 150cm Two Phases he was eighth, in the 145cm class against the clock he was second and in the fast table C competition he was tenth. „Chellatus did a good job, he was placed in all his classes. Tarioso is still young and has to get used to the atmosphere in such huge grass stadiums.”
