CSI Zurich: PSG Future jumps to World Cup victory

(31.1.2016) On Saturday evening Pius Schwizer decided to switch back to his traditional red jacket instead of the grey one. And it brought him luck in Zurich today. In the morning he won the relay competition with Chellatus R, alongside his partner Steve Guerdat on Albfuehren’s Happiness. And then it came even better, riding the sensationally jumping PSG Future he won the World Cup Qualifier. Being the last rider to go in the jump-off he was 0.37 seconds quicker than the leading combination Denis Lynch and All Star. „After a turbulent year, this win, in front of my home crowd, is especially precious. When I entered the arena for the jump-off my plan was clear: I wanted to win and show everybody that I am back! I kept believing that PSG Future and I will gel perfectly in the course of time“, a happy Pius Schwizer said. Zurich was the tenth of totally eleven World Cup shows. Next weekend Pius Schwizer will try to gain more points in Bordeaux, in order to achieve the qualification for the final. Currently he has 24 points, is in thirtieth position and everything is still possible.
