(17.9.2017) Pius Schwizer was in action at the CSI Donaueschingen riding Balou Rubin R, Cortney-Cox 2 and Askaria 3. And he achieved good placings with all three horses. The most valuable result was his fourth place in the Championat of Donaueschingen, a 150 cm competition with jump-off. Aboard the just eight year old chestnut gelding Cortney-Cox 2 he stayed clear twice. Askaria 3 managed to shine as well: The chestnut mare took second place in the Accumulator with joker and fourth place in a 145 cm class. A fine second place with Balou Rubin R in a 145 cm competition rounded the weekend off. “Being a moderately paid three star show the competitions were very demanding – as this is often the case in Germany. My horses jumped very well, we were lucky with the weather and the grass arena was great too”, Pius Schwizer said. – Next stop for two weeks: The show in Gorla Minore, Italy.
