(10.12.2017) Three starts, three top results: Chidame Z was in impressive form in Geneva’s Palexpo arena. Her win in the Six Barres was a highlight: The 9 year old Zangersheide mare was the only horse who mastered the height of 2 meters in the final jump-off. Furthermore the successful couple took 6th place in the Speed and Handiness and 4th place in a 140 cm class. Just 8 year old About A Dream showed her huge potential in the very difficult Rolex Grand Prix. Just five horses stayed clear in the first round. The bay jumped the technically very demanding fences easily and got away with the respectable result of eight points. It was world number 1, Kent Farrington, who took the winner’s prize money of 400’000 Swiss Francs. Riding Gazelle he produced the fastest clear round in the jump-off. – Leonard de la Ferme CH was a bit unlucky in Geneva. He showed beautiful courses, but a fault here and there deprived him of a placing at this well-paying five star event.
