(8.2.2015) In Bordeaux Anisette de Lassus took a fine 7th place in her very first Grand Prix (160 cm). Pius Schwizer and the nine year old chestnut mare also were third in the Table C competition. Another good placing (8th in the Accumulator) he achieved with PSG Junior, an Oldenburg stallion, also aged nine. In top form again was Toulago in his second show after his break. He was clear in the opening class and jumped superbly in the World Cup. “Unfortunately we had one light down at the last fence, because our take-off spot was not ideal” Pius Schwizer said. 18th place was not rewarded with WC points, as only the sixteen best riders do get points. It was young Irish rider Bertram Allen who won the class on Romanov. Before the last World Cup leg in Gothenburg (from 26th February till 1st March) Pius Schwizer has a total of 27 points and is in 28th position in the standings of the Western European League. Bertram Allen is leading with 71 points. – Pius Schwizer was very happy with his three horses: „Bordeaux was a very nice show. Toulago is back, Anisette is top and PSG Junior is doing just fine.”
