(9.7.2017) Pius Schwizer is on a roll. After his many successes during the last two shows he added five more wins to his tally at the 2* CSI in Hofgut Albfuehren. With About A Dream he won both classes of the Youngster Tour and in great style took first place in the Youngster final. The consistent French gelding Uderzo de Rance was also victorious twice at level 140 cm and rounded off his weekend with a third place. “This was a beautiful show here, very well organized and with all my horses in top form”, Pius Schwizer said. Cortney-Cox 2 took two third places in the 140 and 145 cm competitions. And Balou Rubin R was fourth in a 145 cm class. In the Grand Prix he qualified for the decisive second round by showing a fine clear first round. After a good start three poles fell in the same line, a result that was still good enough for tenth place. It was Steve Guerdat and Albfuehren’s Happiness who took the win, for the third time in a row. – On Wednesday Pius Schwizer will compete at the national show in Dagmersellen.
